In this episode, it is just you and me talking about the heavy. I want to ensure that your mental health is as important to you as it is to me, because sometimes it is a struggle to remember. I am sharing my story and how my mental health has been affected these last few months, weeks, and days and share what I am doing to work through it in hopes that my struggle and journey can be helpful and encouraging to you.

Thank you so much for sharing this. First, let me give you a huge virtual hug. You’re very strong and you are absolutely right about taking a break. Stop and smell the roses, as it were. I can only imagine what you’re going through. And you’re right when you say other people’s mental states can affect you. The fact I was crying along with you while listening to your story has made me realize I too need to stop and smell the roses. then plan a proper strategy I can stick to without forgetting to take breaks. I get so excited when I’m creating that I struggle getting back into he swing of doing my regular daily job
